It's mostly summer when you feel like that were you do for your skin is just going waste. No skin care tip is working. Everybody you know are hitting beaches are enjoying. You are doing every thing to protect your skin but nothing is working and do you know why ??? It's because you are forgetting the most important thing and that is SUNSCREEN !

Sunscreen is the most important part of skin care routine because 90% of premature ageing is due to sun exposure alone. So you can be doing every type of skincare product out their can have twenty-five steps of skincare routine but if you aren't doing sunscreen none of your hard work is gonna matter.

Now why do we even need sunscreen ? Why is it so important ? Well addition into the fact 90% of premature ageing is due to sun exposure but sun exposure can also cause dark spots, acne, scarring, breakouts. It can cause a lot of issues that we are not aware of about our skin because what sun exposure is doing to our skin is essentially damaging our skin. So anytime we are struggling with curtain issues like acne or dark spots, sun exposure can only make those things worse. So in order to protect our self from those issues getting continuously worse, it's important to apply sunscreen every single day. And if you are someone trying to use treatments to get rid of dark spots or acne, exposing yourself to sun is just gonna make those problems worse.

I know sunscreen is like the least fun part of skincare routine because it tends to feel the ickiest but I promise if you use a good sunscreen it's going to because such a easy part of your skin care routine that you won't even blink an eye.

Applying sunscreen is very important. Don't just apply sunscreen if you are outside in a hot weather but apply sunscreen every day before stepping out of your house.

Now days, especially in USA,  people love getting tanned that they even pay for it by getting artificially tanned but that's not healthy for our skin. You may love your tanned body for a short time but your skin will be paying the real price for it.

Chemical sunscreen can absorb into the skin and then absorb UV rays and convert the rays into heat and release them from our body.

Chemical sunscreen are best for people who swim or play sports or any activity related to intense workout.

Korean chemical sunscreen are used is Korea which is location that is very forward-thinking in the technology surrounding skincare. These are light weight and visible and just more effective Sunscreens that poses way less of a risk for sensitivity  and are just may more effective. The Korean sunscreen are much affordable and has a jelly like texture.
