The natural exfoliators are not just for our face but for our whole body too which helps us to remove all of dirt and dead skin from our whole body.

Here we are going to show you various DIY recipe of exfoliators made with natural and herbal components which you can make at home very easily and works as an amazing product for your skin.

1. ALMONDS

Ground almonds are very good for mature skin and pores and could depart them nourished and hydrated. The excellent grains lightly exfoliate. The oil present in almonds are very good for our skin as they provide vitamin A and E which are very good for pores and skin.

Ingredients:-

•Almonds 

• Water

Instructions:-

Take one spoon of almond powder and keep on adding little water until it turns into thick paste. Apply the paste on your face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and use soft and clean towel to dry your face. Finish off with your favorite toner and moisturizer.

2. BAKING SODA

We all know that baking soda is the thing that make your cake fluffy and delicious but ever though that what it can do for our skin ? Baking soda has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. These two properties are very good and beneficial for our skin and can treat many skin related problem. Baking soda also contains antiseptic properties which makes it the best product to treat skin irritation and rashes.

Ingredients:-

•Baking Soda

•Water

Instructions:-

Take one table spoon of baking soda and start adding little-little water in it until the soda turns into thick paste. Apply the mixture on your face for 5 minutes only. Wash your face with only lukewarm water. Finish it off by using your favorite toner and moisturizer.

3. COFFEE GROUNDS

Coffee scrub has anti-inflammatory properties with hydrocinnamic acid present in it which helps to reduce inflamed breakout. Coffee scrub help to remove dead skin and dirt from our skin which results in super soft and clear skin. 

Ingredients:-

• 1 tbsp of coffee powder

•1 tbsp of sugar

•3-4 drops of lemon juice

•Water

Instructions:-

Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of coffee powder. Mix 1 tbsp of sugar with 3-4 drops of lemon juice. Keep on adding little-little water until the mixture turns into thick paste. Apply the mixture on your face for 10 minutes. Rinse your face off with lukewarm water. Finish it off by using your favorite toner and moisturizer.

4. YOGURT

Yummm yogurt ! I love yogurt and yogurt is very good for our body but do you know how good it can be for your skin ??? Yogurt is a great option to use as exfoliator for our skin. Yogurt has lactic acid which helps to remove dead skin from our face. The lactic acid not only stops at that, it also reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Isn't that great ! 

Ingredients:-

• 1 tbsp of plan organic yogurt

• 1-2 tbsp of honey

•  Few drops of lemon juice

• Handful of organic blueberries (optional)

Instructions:-

Take a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of organic plan yogurt with 1-2 tbsp of honey. Then add about 2-3 drops of lemon juice. If you are using blueberries then do make a paste of them first and then add them into the mixture. Apply the mixture fir about 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Use a soft towel to dry your face. Finish of with your favorite toner and moisturizer.

5. COCONUT OIL

I love using coconut oil. I can use it to massage my hair or moisturize my body and even I can rub some coconut oil on my scars as coconut oil helps to minimize the appearance of marks and when it comes to our face its best to treat dry or flaky skin. It has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that helps to treat skin care problems related to bacteria.

Ingredients:-

• 1 cup of coconut oil

• 1/2 cup of white/brown sugar

• 5 drops of your favorite essential oil

Instructions:-

Take a small bowl, add 1 cup of coconut oil and then add white or brown sugar to give the oil a paste like texture. Add 5 drops of essential oil. Apply the mixture for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and use soft and clean towel to dry your face. Finish off by using your favorite toner and moisturizer.
