Ingredients:-
• 2 Avocadoes
• 4 Eggs
• Salt and Pepper
• Small Bacon pieces
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:-
• Take 2 avocadoes and cut them into half. Get the seed out of avocado.
• Crack an egg and pour it into the half avocado. Repeat the same procedure with other three half.
• Sprinkle a very small pinch of salt and pepper with small pieces of bacon and small pieces of cherry tomatoes.
• Top it up with some cheddar cheese.
• Bake the avocadoes on 400°F/ 200°C for about 15 minutes.
• Enjoy your Avocado Egg !
2. BACON CAULIFLOWER MAC & CHEESE
Ingredients:-
• 4 bacon strips
• 4 cups of Water
• 1 medium size Cauliflower
• 1 tsp of Salt
• 4 oz Cream Cheese
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:-
• Take a fry pan and spread some oil over it. Add 4 strips of bacon into the pan and let it fry until it turns into brown.
• Once the bacon is fully cooked, take them out from the pan and crush them into very small pieces.
• Take a pan and add 4 cups of water and let it boil.
• Take a medium size size cauliflower and cut them into many pieces.
• Now add 1 tsp of salt into the boiling pan and add the cauliflower into it. Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes and then drain the water and take out the cauliflower.
• Take the same pan and start adding 4 oz of cream cheese, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp paprika and 2 cup cheddar cheese. Let the cheese melt and every thing mix up with each other.
• Then add the fried bacon and boiled cauliflower into it.
• Enjoy your Bacon Cauliflower Mac & Cheese !
3. BURRITO PEPPERS
Ingredients:-
• 4-6 red or yellow Bell Pepper
• 250g of Ground Beef
• 1 Red on Onion
• 1/2 tbsp of Salt
• 1/3 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
• 1 cup of Cauliflower Rice
• 2-3 Green Chillies
• 1 small bowl of Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:-
• Take a pan and cook 250g of ground beef on low flam for about 5-6 minutes.
• While the beef is cooking, chop 1 red onion and 2-3 green chillies.
• After the beef is well cooked add the chopped onion and green chillies into it.
• After that add 1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/3 tbsp of red chilli powder and then 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
• Mix everything well.
• Now add about 1 cup of cauliflower rice into the beef.
• When you feel that the dish is about to get ready, add 1 small bowl of cheddar cheese into it and let it melt. Once the cheese is melted you can turn off the gas.
• Take as many bell pepper that you feel is enough for you. Cut the top part of it and get all of the seeds out of it.
• Add the beef into the bell peppers.
• Place them in a microwave tray and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
• Bake it for 40 minutes on 350°.
• Take it out from microwave and you can even garnish it with some avocado and cheddar cheese.

4. KETO BREAD
Ingredients:-
• 3 tbsp Almond Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1tsp Rosemary
• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
• A pinch of Salt
• A pinch of Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 beaten Egg
• 1/2 mashed Avocado
• 3-4 Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions:-
• Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of almond powder, 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese into it.
•Then add 1tsp of rosemary with 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and a pinch of salt and black pepper for extra taste.
• In the same bowl, add 1tbsp butter and 1 beaten egg. Mix everything well.
• Heat the mixture in microwave for about 90 seconds.
• After 90 seconds take the baked bread out, let it cool down and then cut it into 2 pieces.
• Spread the Avocado mixture on each side and top it with fresh cherry tomatoes.
• Enjoy your Keto Bread !
5. BACON, EGGS AND GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:-
• 1 Avocado
• 1/2 Lemon
• A pinch of Salt and Pepper
• 1/2 chopped Onion
• 1/2 chopped Tomato
• Some Coriander
• 3-4 Bacon Strips
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:-
• Take a avocado and cut it into two pieces. Take the seeds off and take out all of the avocado from the shell into the bowl.
• Chop one onion, one tomato and coriander into very small pieces and add them with avocado.
• Squeeze a half lemon into it and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Mix everything well.
• Take a non-stick fry pan and add some olive oil into it. Place 3-4 bacon strips into it and cook them until they turn into brown.
• Take the same pan, add some oil and crack 2 eggs into it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper according to your taste and cover it with lid. Make sure to keep gas on low flam while it's cooking.
• Take a plate and place your egg with bacon strips and the guacamole on the side.
